Course delivered online via MS Teams. Please note: This session will be recorded. Mental capacity is a recurring theme in local safeguarding reviews for children and adults. This is the third of four sessions, which focus on particular topics relating to mental capacity. The session will be relevant to frontline practitioners working with children, families and adults. The aim of this session is to enhance understanding of how the Mental Capacity Act 2005 applies to 16 and 17 year olds.
