About this event

Experiencing neglect during childhood can have significant, long lasting, and pervasive consequences, affecting all aspects of a child’s development.

Published safeguarding reviews both locally and nationally highlight that professionals face a big challenge in identifying and taking timely action on neglect.

This webinar is an opportunity to find out more about:

  • learning themes from local reviews
  • what is happening locally in response to this learning
  • resources for professionals to support identification of neglect, building confidence when assessing and evidencing neglect concerns and speaking with families
