This month the safeguarding theme is Mental Health Awareness. X #mentalhealthawareness #itsokaytotalk
Mental Health Awareness Week, organised by the Mental Health Foundation, will take place from Monday, 11 May to Sunday, 17 May 2026.
The theme this year is ‘action’ - asking people to take action to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. And while our individual actions matter, when we come together, we are even more powerful.
To assist in raising awareness about this theme, we have provided some information and resources for you to find out more.
