Safeguarding Adult Review (SAR) Frankie identified the need for a clear Caused Enquiry Guidance.

This is a bite sized session to support knowledge on the Caused Enquiry Guidance and how to complete a caused enquiry form. 

It is an opportunity to find out more about:

• what a caused enquiry is
• where to find the Caused Enquiry Guidance
• understanding the expectations on the Local Authority and organisation being caused the enquiry
• going through an example of a completed caused enquiry form to understand the expectations of completing one
