Course information

The course aims to provide a holistic understanding of the topic by first defining key terms associated with modern slavery. You will then follow the stories of three children – each being exploited in different ways. Finally, the course will detail best practice for referring children into the NRM.

This course also comes with a Tackling Child Modern Slavery Workbook for you to download at the end. This contains additional case studies, advice and support. You can explore the workbook on your own, or with colleagues.

The ultimate aim of this course is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence needed to identify potential child victims and help them to receive appropriate support.
